Horror

When finding yourself in a horror film

An escaped killer,
Is heard in the street
I'm alone, and the power goes out
I run down the stairs,
in my new underwear
Is anyone there? I do shout

Still alone in my house
I don't flee for the hills
The cellar door does invite
There's a strange eerie glow
Coming from down below
I walk down with no torch or a light

Im alone in the forest
Being hunted once more
I must trip over every stray root
Flap my arms as I flee
Then I'll hide by a tree
Or a twig or a leaf or a shoot

Now my house has a guest
And it's not very nice
In the form of a demon or ghoul
They warned not to look
At that weird demon book
But I learnt about Latin in school
