Not a girlie

Day 34

I am not a proper girlie
No make up I do own
I do not wear designer
nor have a bright pink phone

I do not wear those big heels
no clutch bag, matched with dress
Don't strut past mirrors looking
at a single hair in mess

I only own one hair brush,
the cheapest I could find
Use  supermarket shampoo
With conditioner combined

The labels in my wardrobe
just tell me how to wash
Just throw them in one load
my whites are not that posh

Don't look for current fashion
It fits, it will just do
Find most at a jumble
And most of its not new

Find madness in the buying
Of jeans  expensive price
You could buy a lot more
At Asda, at half the price

The only thing I spend on
Because they need to last
Is a pair of proper wellies
to cope with muddy blast
