Ruled by guilt

I feel guilty feeling guilty
feeling guilty oh so guilty
oh the guilt it really gets me in the end
I feel guilty doing things
Even though joy it brings
Oh my guilt of having guilt Its not a friend

I eat pudding, I eat cake
And the guilt, with no mistake
Says You're guilty and you're fat because you eat
Then I starve myself again
I loose weigh and go insane
Now the guilt it says this notions obsolete

When I laugh and when I smile
and I go an extra mile
The guilt is hiding there behind a tree
Its says what a waste of time
exercise is never fine
You will upset all those people on the street

When I talk about my views
my emotions on a fuse
The guilt says don't waste time with other folk
They don't want to hear you weep
You're a pathetic little creep.
my dear said guilt you really are a joke

This guilt is has no rules
Its for looser and us fools
Our emotions are a mess and not that strong.
For we really cannot win
For our views are in the bin
What ever we do, I'll guarantee we're wrong
