The repair cafe in my town
Can you mend my carriage clock
It's been through wars, and in a shock
It's all quite right, I have the key
A box of broken cogs! I see.
This teddy bears not seen the sun
It's button eyes are all undone
It's really old, and rather shoddy
It's got a head, but where's the body?
An antique bowl needs some repair
I think it's Ming, so do take care
It seems to have a little crack
Says microwave safe on the back
Fabulous bit of wordsmithing, I often wonder how I would come accross in a poem????
