Night before lockdown

 the night before lockdown
All through the UK
People were fretting
for they now in they stay

And the shops not essential
 closing weeks and some nights
Will not longer sell Baubles
Or old Christmas shite

No Tinsel all shiny
will be seen in the shops
It is Bloody November
So I am glad they will stop

No crap tacky Music
Will play in the Aisles
Hearing Slade in November
Gives most people Piles.

No fir tree will be purchased
 months before Yuletide
And on old Christmas day
Your tree won't have died

I am glad there is a lockdown
In the month of November
For id like to keep Christmas
In one month called December
