Lace hat (day 10)

I wrote this as I see so many fair haired babies and young children out in the hot sun. without any protection

Will you cover your child young mother
Suns hot and its far too bright
She will be needing that high factor sunscreen
Its not like the days like the night

Please buy her a hat to shade her
I have one here made out of lace
The sunlight is now in her eyes dear
Please remember to cover her face

Even though she is in a buggy
the suns shining hot on her feet
No wonder her legs are red dear
its now burning hot on the seat

Even you are wearing a hat dear
With dark glasses that cover your eyes
but you forget that your poor child dear
is the one you should now idolise
