Stones and other boring things

 I did not go to old Stone Henge
nor walk on Englands downs
To visit pagan mounts and stones
In other Englands ancient towns

I do not travel miles to see
those figures made of chalk
It seems that most are up a hill
It seems a pointless walk

I think it is a kinder thing
To leave them well alone
Wearing down those well-trod paths
I'd rather stay at home
