The greenest man, the knight
The woodland god of winter
Whose seen on Yuletide night
Blessed be the Holly king
his crown of evergreen
Watch out for him in forests
His footprints will be seen
Blessed be the Holly king
Be kind it's his last night
His brother comes and joins him
The Solstice they will fight
Blessed be the Holly king
The oak king shows his face
The Holly King now rests
The Oak king takes his place.
