Day Thirteen National poetry month.
Dance in the garden my dear
Dance on the green.
Find you some fairies dear
help you to dream.
Watch out for mushroom rings
don’t cross the line.
Stay in the outside
and all will be fine.
Look out for green men
and dryads in the trees.
See how they wink at you
eager to tease.
Let’s make some daisy chains
Make you a crown
Dance in the garden dear
while grandma lies down.
Dance in the garden my dear
Dance on the green.
Find you some fairies dear
help you to dream.
Watch out for mushroom rings
don’t cross the line.
Stay in the outside
and all will be fine.
Look out for green men
and dryads in the trees.
See how they wink at you
eager to tease.
Let’s make some daisy chains
Make you a crown
Dance in the garden dear
while grandma lies down.
