Surfs up dude

I think I'll learn to surf the waves

I see them in the sea

They look so great among the tides

To be that wild and free

I bought the movie called Point Break

So I could then take some notes

If Keanu reeves can learn to surf

I am sure I'd learn to float

A chap who sold surfboards

from a Marketplace online

And so he helped me pick out one
He said it was quite fine

It was bright pink and very light

Made out of hardened foam

The surfboard even had some legs

So you could train at home

I managed it quite easily

I learnt to stay on straight
It was so good and sturdy
And just perfect for my weight

Course now I realise my mistake
It was far too late to think
If you surf upon an Ironing board
it is guaranteed to sink
