Meditation 1.

Imagine a lake so long and deep
The lapping waves will make you sleep
The water is pure and crystal clear
And too the bottom you can peer
You look at it with no fear or loss
Its a perfect place to drown your boss

Meditation 2

Now Imagine a mountain very high
So high that it does reach the sky
You climb with ease but soon must stop
For a Chasm is found right near the top
So deep it is, you utter respect
Its a perfect place to push your ex.

Meditation 3

Now imagine a volcano high and wide
It seems so calm like it has died
You look deep down and see the fire
And it builds up in a mad desire
You see the lava, the warmth feels nice
An annoying ex friend could be sacrificed
