Skates

Day 128

Men never grow up
Or so it seems to me
They still kick round a football
 ages of seventy three

They still play with trains
And go in toy stores
To find a new figure
from bloody star wars

And no one does laugh
and most men seem to be
Acting like kids
In a weird ceremony

I see men out scooters
On a hill going wild
Or skateboards and bikes
That were made for a child

I never see women
Taking footballs to parks
To kick with their friends
In some weird as shit lark

No elderly ladies seen
With skates on their feet
Whizzing down town
Through all local streets

So maybe I'll go it
And by me some wheels
And skate down the high-street
And see how it feels

With the wind in my hair
giving me good complexion
Though I am guessing id crash
As I lack some direction
